Meet Victoria.

Victoria Ale is a Navigation Officer who has worked in the New Zealand shipping industry.

The 35-year-old began her maritime career as a Stewardess in the offshore industry and retrained as an officer at the Manukau Institute of Technology.

She is the first Pasifika person to Qualify as a Master Mariner in the New Zealand shipping industry.
